Jennifer Parmenter - Neuromuscular Therapist
I specialize in problem solving-based massage therapy, with a focus on Neuromuscular and Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy. Beginning with a thorough health history, evaluation and postural analysis, combined with identifying your goals for treatment, we will create a plan to address your needs. To reinforce the work, I incorporate Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), along with self-care activities to create a comprehensive treatment plan.
I have been fortunate to study with many leaders in the field of advanced manual therapy including Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy with Stew Wild, Neuromuscular Therapy with Judith DeLany, Clinical Orthopedic Manual Therapy with Joe Musculino, Aaron Matte's Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) with Ben Benjamin, Advanced Orthopedic Massage with James Waslaski and Breathing Pattern Disorders with Leon Chaitow.
